A practice in the Alps is seeking a driven physiotherapist to strengthen its small, professional team. The position offers a dynamic role where independence and responsibility are key.
About the PracticeThe practice is located in the stunning canton of Glarus, central Switzerland. Known for its breathtaking Alpine scenery, excellent accessibility, and outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and cycling, the region offers an ideal place to live and work.
This modern shared practice is run by two physiotherapists who work together in an informal yet highly organized environment.
The practice features:
- Three private treatment rooms for personalized care.
- A dedicated exercise space for active rehabilitation.
- A diverse patient base, including those requiring home treatments.
- A fully digital system via a medical portal for all administrative tasks.
- A monthly team meeting to discuss cases and organizational matters.
- Flexible working hours within opening times (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), including two evening shifts per week.
- A 42.5-hour workweek.
- 4 weeks of annual leave.
- A 13th-month salary as an additional reward.
- A competitive salary between 5,500 and 6,500 CHF, depending on experience and qualifications.

The practice is looking for an independent and enthusiastic physiotherapist who:
- Has at least B1-level proficiency in German.
- Takes full responsibility for their own patients.
- Has experience or affinity with a wide range of patients and is comfortable conducting home treatments.
